The first step, for any of our services, is a complimentary visit to your home to discuss your needs and budget. The following are our categories of services:

STAGING FOR SALE

Full Service Staging—our most popular service!

If you are thinking of selling, we will meet with you in your home to evaluate the scope of work, take photographs and create a staging plan.

Before we begin any staging, you will be given a Preparation for Staging Day Checklist. This is a “to-do” list for you to get started with the process.

After you have completed your checklist items, our team’s work begins. We stage your home typically in one day and de-stage once it’s sold.

Before your first open house, this service includes a visit to add our Dwellings by Design signature, special touches.

Staging Consultation—for Do-It-Yourselfers.

We meet with you in your home to evaluate your needs. Once hired, we walk through your home, giving you step-by-step instructions so you can take notes and perform the staging magic yourself--on your own time and at your own pace. We also provide vendor recommendations and staging tips from the pros.

STAGING FOR LIVING

Full Service to Do-It-Yourself

As with Staging for Sale, we can offer a variety of approaches. Again, the first step is always a one-on-one meeting in your home to see what we can do for you.

Our service can include recommendations for furniture placement and/or purchase, paint colors, artwork and accessories, and lighting. Our approach is to use as much as possible of what the customer already owns, then strategize to bring out the “wow” factor you see on the design shows on TV.

We pride ourselves on knowing where to find top design at an affordable price and to share our knowledge and sources with you, our valued customers.

LANDSCAPING AND CURB APPEAL

Full Service to Do-It-Yourself

Similarly, we offer a variety of services to enhance the exterior of your home. We will meet with you to walk your lot and access what we can do for you. Our service can include recommendations for everything from pruning back trees and shrubs to a detailed redesign of the home’s exterior and landscaping. Again, we want to work with you to bring out the “wow” factor you see on TV.
